   Customer can request for an order return for a specific reason. They can initiate a return request for the vendor of the product to approve or decline with a reason. If the retailer or vendor approves the refund, the system will generate a unique shopping voucher and notify the customer.

   Wholesale
   Admin or vendor can create products and set prices for wholesales based on quantity ranges. When the customers makes an order with quantities within the given wholesale ranges, the wholesale price is applied automatically in the cart.

   Shipping
   You can create and set shipping rules within the system based on region and item weight. This means that a customer from a far region won’t pay same shipping fee as one from a closer region. You can also set a flat rate or zero shipping fee rules.

   Instructions

   1. Upload the files to your hosting folder and navigate to your base URL [http://]yourdomain.com/app/admin/install.
   2. Make sure all the system requirements are met in order to proceed with installation.
   3. Populate the fields according to your database and Click “Install & Proceed to Company Profile”.
   4. If any errors found while connecting you will be notified otherwise you will proceed to complete your profile
   5. Fill all the required details and then “Save & Proceed to your Profile”
   6. The currency you select will be the base currency. It is important to be sure about your choice. Default currency can be changed later but will affect the values of your items, which means you will need to update the items value. too
   7. Fill out every field and “Complete Installation”.
   8. Congratulations. Now delete the yourdomain.com/app/admin/install folder
   9. After successful installation you need to:
      Login using the your email and password used during installation
   10. That’s it.
